Peter T. Enslein

Peter T. Enslein serves as a consultant to sole practitioners and smaller law firms with significant cases, preparing appellate briefs and pre-trial motions.

Mr. Enslein has nearly 30 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer representing individuals and businesses in a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has tried numerous jury and bench cases and hundreds of administrative law hearings. A skilled writer with a track record of success writing winning appellate briefs and dispositive motions, he has also taught appellate brief writing to local law students. Before forming his own firm in 1991, Mr. Enslein was a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Ashcraft & Gerel.

Mr. Enslein is a 1979 graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law and a 1975 graduate of Case Western Reserve University, both located in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a member in good standing of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars.
